Faulty or Damaged Items
Every garment undergoes strict quality control. However, under Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives with a major manufacturing fault, damage, or does not match the product description, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement [1]. Please CONTACT on the sidebar to your left within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Because we drop premium, limited-run essentials, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We highly recommend checking our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If you need a size swap, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Swaps are subject to stock availability, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a size swap or fault assessment, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
